Pure Ops

- Drive the business forward in all facets (This is a business driver first then on set producer 2nd)
- Takes ideas from the team, makes a plan and gets our team to execute them
- From the acceptance of a proposal to be sent out - onboarding client - to the shoot days - to the interactions with edits and ad campaign results (And everything in between)
- Driving the business but also the client experience as well
- Following up on projects, scheduling clients, getting quarterly’s set up and managing client experience from the sale on
- Facilitating and coordinating our internal projects, events, partnerships, team bonding days/lunches etc.
- Run our CRM/PM tools and help create systems to further efficiencies within our business practices and production practices
- L10 (Weekly internal meeting) practices - Client status briefings (new client updates or an update on a new client). Also delegate out weekly tasks to the team members (Running our scorecard)
- Weekly/Daily check ins with team members to see where things are sitting at and
- Sending reach outs/creating general lead system for new client touch points on social/and or other platforms/in person


Producing on site

- Creating call sheets for shoot days
- On site team management & client experience (Production manager)
- Facilitating interviews and guiding the story through the talent
- Facilitate interview with talent
- Drive pickup to job sites or facilitate local travel plans
- BTS iPhone photos for social posts
- Creative process = Client experience extended to this as well


Back end analytics/logistics

- Must be versed in Fb/Linked in ads for our clients that require the extra push
- Must be versed in social media content calendars and running our ‘Loomly’ to schedule these out and then confirm with the client on the copy and creative!
- Weekly/quarterly/yearly reports sent out to clients
- Bonus if you are well versed in Google ad words as well
- Posting our weekly posts and instagram posts for brand awareness
- Running our own ad campaigns and organizing the needed creative for these

Pay: $50,000-$60,000 +Bonus initiatives (i.e. Rev share, bonuses)
